Cancellation & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule your free quote appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and ensure availability for all businesses. Appointment Confirmation We will call and text you 2–3 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm availability. If we do not receive a response, we will assume that the appointment is no longer needed and may cancel the visit out of respect for our team’s time. You may reschedule at any time. Arrival Window Our team may arrive within a 30–60 minute window, depending on traffic and location. We will notify you if we are running early or slightly delayed. Property Access Please ensure building access is arranged prior to the appointment. If your building requires badges, escorts, or security clearance, please inform us in advance. Accuracy of the Quote Quotes are based on the condition of the facility during the walkthrough. Any major changes to the work scope or condition of the property may require a revised quote. Free First Quote Your initial appointment is 100% free, allowing us to properly evaluate the space, square footage, and required work scope before providing a detailed commercial cleaning estimate.
